DOMESTIC ONLINE RETURNS (Australia wide)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

Please include a copy of your packing list as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Mastercard you will receive a refund on your Mastercard
If merchandise is recieved by us after the 14 day return period it will not qualify for a refund. In this case the parcel will be returned to the customer.
CHRISTMAS GIFT ONLINE RETURNS (Domestic)
Customers who purchase Christmas gifts between the 17th November – 25th December are granted a returns extension until the 16th January. Returns received by us after this date will be sent back to the customer. The person who purchased the gift must return the gift with proof of purchase in order to obtain a refund. Returned gifts should be unworn and in their original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.
